Since picking badminton in his freshman year of high school, Tom has had over 20 years of experience with the sport. He has played all across the country, from Northern California to Florida to the Seattle area. He loves to play both recreationally at open gyms and competitively in local tournaments. Tom is well-versed in the basics and fundamentals of badminton, having always had a passion for passing his badminton knowledge along to all kinds of students.

Outside of badminton, he also loves playing a little bit of every sport, including ice hockey, snowboarding, tennis, volleyball and cross-country running. He also owns a cat and loves all sorts of animals!
