fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.<\/p><p>Membership fees in the table above do not include tax.<\/p><p>The initiation fee is a one-time, non-taxable, and non-refundable fee.\u00a0<\/p><p>If a membership card is lost, a replacement will need to be purchased for $5.00<\/p><p>A 25% discount on the initiation fee may be provided for the following:<\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>Individuals referred by a currently active SBC member<\/li><li>Individuals who work for a major corporation (Microsoft, Amazon, Boeing, etc.), with proof of Suspension and Termination<\/h2><p><br \/>All suspension and termination requests must be made on or before the 20th of the month before your next month\u2019s payment.
