Registration for each class session will open a few weeks in advance, via Google Form. This form will be released first to members, and then to the public. The best way to be informed of when class registration is open is through membership emails. If you’re not a member, please be sure to check this site regularly for announcements and updates.

Please see the Junior Classes page or Adult Classes page respectively for more details. The registration links will be posted on these pages when they are open.

Please see the Junior Classes page for more details, including a short flowchart that will help explain where your child should start. Unless your child has taken badminton classes elsewhere before, an assessment will likely not need to be scheduled.

For any questions regarding junior classes, please email coach@seattlebadminton.com.

Please refer to our Junior Classes Advancement Rubric for the criteria used to assess whether a student is ready for advancement. Each class has a list of criteria requirements to join it, as established by our coaches.

In each of our classes, our coaches pay careful attention to all the students throughout the session to see which ones have the potential to move up. Towards the end of a session, the coaches will reach out to the student or parent directly to inform them they are ready to advance to the next class.

An assessment is not required for most student cases. For any further questions, please email coach@seattlebadminton.com.

Yes, our Lost & Found is in the lobby. Valuable items (phones, rackets, wallets, etc.) are stored by staff in a separate, secure space. All Lost and Found items will be kept for 60 days. All lost items must be identified and confirmed in person.

A notice will be made two weeks before SBC donates Lost & Found items to charity to ensure guests have reasonable time to identify and claim their lost items.

SBC is not responsible for any lost, stolen items or any items left in the gym or the lobby area.
